Delivery time and cost
At NTER, we strive towards providing our customers with fast delivery.
Please note that you can always check your tracking number for delivery time.
We deliver to all countries. All items will be shipped from our head office where they are carefully prepared and packed. All delivery times depend on the country of destination:
SHIPPING WITHIN DENMARK
Free delivery with 2-5 working days
SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE (Except Islands)
All shipments outside Denmark are most often handled by DHL.
Regular service within Europe takes 5-7 working days.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE EUROPE
All shipments outside Europe are most often handled by DHL.
Regular service outsideEurope takes 8-10 working days.
Freight cost within Europe and the rest of the world will be added to your order upon checkout. The freight cost will depend on the total order or weather the product is fragile or not.
Tax is not included in the price and will be confirmed at checkout. As tax varies from country to country unfortunately we are unable to confirm the amount you will have to pay in tax. We recommend you contact UPS for more information about the tax rules in your country – www.ups.com
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Just fill out the return note and enclose it in the package along with the items you would like to return. If you wish to change your order for another product, please make a new order on the webshop.
Items should be returned new and in the condition in which they were delivered. Items without a return note are not accepted.
Once we have received the items and approved the return, we will credit your account within 14 days from receiving the item and return note. If the item is lost during return NTER is not responsible.
We only issue refunds to the credit card used for the purchase, in order to avoid illegal use of stolen cards.
Please enclose relevant bank and account information. And please save shipment note as proof of shipment.
Costs associated with returns are covered by the customer.
Please note that the return policy do not include custom made furniture and other custom made items.

It’s important to us that you receive the best service possible and that all our products meet your expectations. Should you unexpectedly have received a defect or wrong item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Photos of the damaged product or product with defects will be needed to support your claim. The photos are important to us as we use them as proof to show to our suppliers and freight forwarders. Please send an email with photos and send it to the customer service before sending the product back. NTER will then contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that any damage that is visible on delivery should be notified immediately. Any damage which is discovered after unpacking must be reported within 7 days of delivery via email to email@example.com. If the claim is accepted, NTER will cover the cost of a new replacement product. If the replacement product is not available, the price of the product will be credited to the customer within 14 days. Please note that some replacement products can be subject to tax which are not covered by NTER.
All stock in the webshop are subject to the Danish consumer protection law. This means that buyers can make a complaint of damaged or defective products up to 24 months from the date of purchase.

Terms and conditions

When you place an order with NTER, we collect your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address in order to execute the order. Furthermore NTER have the customers’ purchasing history and purchase related documentation in order to obtain all terms of warranty. All personal data will be stored and transmitted encrypted.
Furthermore NTER undertakes stock analysis based upon which products customers look at, how many products are sold and when, so every purchase and delivery can be planned and optimized.
Customers always have the right to review their personal data and make any objections under the personal data regulations. NTER is responsible for processing all personal data.
As a customer to NTER you have the right to be informed of how your personal data is used. If you wish to know more concerning your personal data we hold, please email us. You can always request to have your data changed or removed.
The Web-shop System employs cookies to manage the contents of your shopping bag. A cookie is just the name of a file that is saved on your PC.It is possible to request that the system stores address information for your next order. If you wish to delete this information at a later stage, it can be done through your browser settings.
Confirmation and receipt
After finalizing an order with payment, you will receive an automated email from NTER which confirms that we have received your order. Please note that this email is not a final acceptance of your order. When the order is packed and shipped from our warehouse you will receive a final confirmation and receipt via email. The receipt will only include the listed items. NTER is therefore not liable for delivering other items which have been part of the order but have sold out. A separate receipt or invoice on those remaining items will be sent to you. See section (Sold out items).
Payment & Prices
We make every effort to ensure that the prices for products displayed in the webshop are correct. All prices are including Danish tax but do not include freight cost. The freight cost will be confirmed at checkout when the delivery address has been completed. There is no Danish tax on orders from private customers outside the EU. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched).
NTER accepts the following payment cards:
Electronic payments are made through the secure, encrypted and PBS-approved Web-shop System.
The chosen payment card has to be in the name of the buyer. All payment cardholders are subject to validation control and approval from the card provider. If the transaction is not approved the order will be cancelled.
By using a foreign payment card, a fee will be added in relation to the total amount. The fee will depend on type of payment card which will be confirmed at checkout.
Payment via MobilePay is possible for Danish customers. You can choose this payment option in the last payment window
All prices are listed in DKK and Euro and include 25 % VAT, unless the order is for a country outside the European Union. Please see the section about Customs and VAT.
Customs and VAT
If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Danish VAT at 25 %.
Shipping costs will be added to your order. For shipping charges, please view Delivery & Returns.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. NTER ApS ships
your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Sold out items
If an item you are interested in is sold out, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service agent will inform you whether it is possible to sign up on our waiting list, or whether we can re-order the item or offer you a similar item that you may like.
